MyWellSpan Patient Portal Support

Need help logging into or setting up your MyWellSpan account? The MyWellSpan Support Team can assist with activation codes, password resets, and technical troubleshooting for both the web portal and mobile app.

If you’re having trouble signing in, click the Forgot Login Information? in there will you find; links for “I Forgot My Username” or “I Forgot My Password” on the MyWellSpan login page to securely recover your account.
New users can also select Sign Up Now to create an account using an activation code or personal information.
